Put in your profile and console IDs and the rehash and resign the gamesave with Modio and put it back into your HDD.

Make sure you rehash and resign to YOUR ids.

On your Xbox, resume the modded gamesave on campaign and if you want to play modded Ops then just Save/Quit and go to Ops. Pick your mission and play. Only super jump and 5x health works on Ops.
